Delete your data

You can ask DGK Technologies to delete the information Front Desk holds about you: call recordings and transcripts, text, chat, Facebook Messenger and Instagram messages, and any messages you left.

How to ask

• Email info@dgktech.com with the subject “Delete my Front Desk data”.
• Include the phone number you called or texted from, or the Facebook or Instagram account you messaged from, and the business you contacted if you know it.

What happens next

We reply to confirm we have your request, and may ask you to verify that the phone number or account is yours. We then delete your information within 30 days and email you when it's done.

If you messaged a business on Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove Front Desk's access from your Facebook settings. Deleting the conversation in Messenger or Instagram doesn't delete our copy, so please email us as well.
